Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

- орендар зобов’язаний застрахувати орендоване майно на користь балансоутримувача протягом десяти календарних днів з дати укладення договору оренди та протягом десяти календарних днів з дати укладення договору страхування надати балансоутримувачу та орендодавцю завірені належним чином копії договору страхування і платіжного доручення (платіжних доручень) про сплату страхового платежу (страхових платежів). Страхова сума за договором страхування має відповідати вартості майна відповідно до висновку про ринкову вартість (акта оцінки), визначеного відповідно до законодавства про оцінку майна, під час передачі такого майна в оренду - якщо така оцінка майна здійснювалася; або балансовій вартості майна, але становити не менше ніж добуток місячної орендної плати за орендоване майно за договором оренди, помножений на 100, - якщо оцінка ринкової вартості такого майна не здійснювалася. Орендар зобов’язаний постійно поновлювати договір страхування так, щоб протягом строку дії договору оренди майно було застрахованим; - … орендар зобов’язаний відшкодувати витрати на користь балансоутримувача за проведення оцінки майна у розмірі 2 500,00 грн; - орендар зобов’язаний сплачувати 10% розміру орендної плати на рахунок орендодавця та 90% на рахунок балансоутримувача; - орендар зобов’язаний сплачувати комунальні послуги за договором з постачальниками таких послуг; - орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити встановлення автомата приготування кави відповідно до наданої візуалізіції (Додаток 2); - автомат приготування кави повинен бути обладнаний тумбою для води та інгредієнтів, диспенсером для стаканчиків та прихованим смітником; - орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити в автоматі приготування кави можливість здійснення безготівкових, зокрема з використанням електронних платіжних засобів та готівкових розрахунків (купюроприймач); - орендар зобов’язаний проводити санітарно - технічне обслуговування автомата приготування кави за графіком, визначеним балансоутримувачем (Додаток 3); - орендар зобов’язаний надати довідки Державної податкової служби України, чинні на момент подання пропозиції / проведення аукціону, про відсутність заборгованості зі сплати податків, зборів та інших обов’язкових платежів; - у разі необхідності об’єкта оренди для власних потреб балансоутримувача, орендодавець має право в односторонньому порядку достроково розірвати договір оренди, повідомивши про це орендаря не менше, ніж за 30 календарних днів до дати розірвання; - орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити цілодобову роботу автомата приготування кави; - суборенда не допускається відповідно до ухвали №5969 від 20.02.2025 «Про додаткові умови оренди частини нежитлового приміщення на вул. Пилипа Орлика, 4».
