Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Об’єкт оренди можна використовувати за будь-яким цільовим призначенням на розсуд Орендаря, крім категорій, визначених додатком 3 Порядку згідно п. 54 Порядку: 1.1. Тренажерні зали, заклади фізичної культури і спорту, діяльність з організації та проведення занять різними видами спорту; 1.2. Нічні клуби. Ресторани з нічним режимом роботи (після 22 год.). Сауни, лазні. Організація концертів та іншої видовищно-розважальної діяльності. Готелі, хостели, турбази, мотелі, кемпінги, літні будиночки. Комп’ютерні клуби та інтернет-кафе; 1.3. Ритуальні послуги. Громадські вбиральні. Збір і сортування вторинної сировини; 1.4. Розміщення суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності, що здійснюють іншу виробничу діяльність. 2. Орендар не пізніше 1 місяця після укладання договору оренди зобов’язаний укласти з балансоутримувачем договір про участь орендаря у витратах на управління багатоквартирним будинком.
