- зобов’язання орендаря разом з орендодавцем під час укладення договору оренди майна укласти договір про відшкодування витрат орендодавця на утримання орендованого майна, надання комунальних послуг, оплати податків, оплати за користування земельною ділянкою, оплати податку на нерухомість, відмінну від земельного податку, та інші витрати (за потребою); - відповідальність орендаря за порушення умов договору, у тому числі положення щодо штрафних санкцій; - індексація орендної плати; - здійснення періодичних перевірок/обстежень орендованого майна орендодавцем, іншими державними органами; забезпечення допуску до орендованого майна представників орендодавця, інших державних органів для здійснення періодичних перевірок/обстежень; - заборона передачі майна на приватизацію та в суборенду; - забезпечення орендарем контролю за станом збереження орендованого майна, положення щодо відповідальності орендаря за його втрату; - ужиття орендарем заходів щодо зберігання та утримання орендованого майна, обов’язок орендаря не допускати його розкрадання та руйнування; - своєчасна сплата орендної плати; своєчасне переукладання/продовження договору оренди (за потребою); - повернення орендованого майна після закінчення терміну дії договору оренди в належному стані; неухильне виконання орендарем своїх зобов’язань; - використання орендованого майна за цільовим призначенням; - зобов’язання орендаря інформувати орендодавця про стан використання орендованого майна щокварталу до 10 числа місяця наступного за звітним; - обов’язковість розірвання договору з орендарем за ініціативи орендодавця у разі невиконання будь-якої умови орендарем і відшкодування орендарем збитків
