Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Встановлення обмеження щодо використання майна, а саме: розміщення аптеки 2. Встановлення більш тривалого строку оренди ніж передбачено пунктом 53 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, а саме 10 (десять) років. 3. Виконання Орендарем певних видів ремонтних робіт (поточного та/або капітального ремонту), реконструкції або реставрації об’єкта оренди в певній сумі протягом певного строку чи виконання інших інвестиційних зобов’язань у межах, передбачених законодавством, а саме: здійснити ремонтні роботи в приміщеннях орендованого майна за рахунок власних коштів Орендаря в сумі не меншій ніж 250 000 грн, протягом 3 місяців (заміна вхідних дверей до приміщення з урахуванням вимог ДБН В.2.2-40:2018 Інклюзивність будівель і споруд; проведення косметичного ремонту у приміщенні загального користування, що безпосередньо прилягає до входу до орендованого приміщення з метою належного забезпечення доступності до приміщення маломобільних груп населення 4. Вимоги … щодо наявності досвіду роботи особи у відповідній сфері, якщо об’єктом оренди є майно закладів освіти, охорони здоров’я, соціально- культурного призначення (закладів культури, фізичної культури і спорту) та додаткові документи, які повинен подати потенційний орендар на підтвердження наявності такого досвіду, а саме: до участі допускається потенційний орендар, який має досвід роботи у зазначеній сфері не менше 3 років. Для підтвердження необхідно надати: 1) Витяг з Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань, з зазначеними видами діяльності, які підтверджують можливість працювати у цій сфері. 2) Копії: - діючої, не менше 3 років ліцензії на провадження господарської діяльності з роздрібної торгівлі лікарськими засобами; - діючої ліцензії на провадження господарської діяльності з електронної роздрібної торгівлі лікарськими засобами (за винятком окремих категорій ліків), а також організовувати та здійснювати доставку ліків кінцевим споживачам, серед іншого із залученням третіх осіб на договірних засадах, з метою забезпечення пацієнтів, що обмежені в пересуванні всіма додатковими ліками та доглядовими засобами.
