Технічний стан - електропостачання, водопостачання, теплопостачання - підключено. Газопостачання відсутнє. Стан приміщення - придатний для використання. Цільове призначення –проведення занять з хореографії. Відшкодування витрат для проведеної незалежної оцінки приміщення відшкодовується переможцем аукціону … (орендарем).Оренда погодинна згідно з графіком : щовівторка, щочетверга 19:15-20:15; щосуботи 12:00-14:00. Майно може бути використане за цільовим призначенням що не суперечить пункту 29 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого Постановою КМУ від 03.06.2020р. № 483.
