Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
В дату укладання договору оренди або до такої дати переможець електронного аукціону зобов’язаний сплатити орендну плату за один місяць (авансовий внесок) на підставі протоколу про результати електронного аукціону. Орендар зобов’язаний: - для подальшої нормальної експлуатації споруди відновити лакофарбове покриття металоконструкцій димової труби; - при збільшенні навантаження, переміщенні або встановленні додаткового обладнання, проводити повторне обстеження та перевірний розрахунок конструкцій опори; - експлуатацію димової труби виконувати згідно вимог затверджених нормативними документами; - огляди конструкції димової труби необхідно проводити не менше ніж двічі на рік, в тому числі після вітрів швидкістю понад 20 м/с, ожеледі, сильних снігопадів, грози та землетрусу
