Без права передачі в суборенду. Об’єкт є пам’яткою культурної спадщини. Об’єкт оренди не має окремих особових рахунків, відкритих постачальниками комунальних послуг. Орендар повинен укласти прямі договори на відкриття особового рахунку з постачальниками таких послуг. Майно може бути використане за цільовим призначенням на розсуд Орендаря, за винятком таких цільових призначень: - нічні клуби. Ресторани з нічним режимом роботи (після 22 год). Сауни, лазні. Організація концертів та іншої видовищно-розважальної діяльності. Готелі, хостели, турбази, мотелі, кемпінги, літні будиночки. Комп’ютерні клуби та Інтернет-кафе; - стоянки автомобілів. Розміщення транспортних підприємств з перевезення пасажирів і вантажів. Станції технічного обслуговування автомобілів; - ритуальні послуги. Громадські вбиральні. Збір і сортування вторинної сировини. Обмеження щодо використання майна. У разі необхідності орендарю змінити режим використання пам'ятки (або її частини) культурної спадщини, орендар повідомляє в письмовому вигляді про це балансоутримувача майна. Балансоутримувач розробляє та погоджує за встановленим законодавством порядком, в т.ч. з Департаментом охорони культурної спадщини виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації), науково-проектну документацію на реставрацію та пристосування вказаної частини пам'ятки під сучасне використання з метою внесення змін до охоронного договору (відповідно до п.1 розділу «Інші умови» охоронного договору на пам'ятку культурної спадщини від 19.07.2023 № 5026). Обов'язок оплати послуг щодо розроблення науково-проектної документації на реставрацію та пристосування вказаної частини пам'ятки під сучасне використання та внесення змін до охоронного договору покладається на орендаря.
