Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
В дату укладання договору оренди або до такої дати переможець електронного аукціону зобов’язаний сплатити орендну плату за один місяць (авансовий внесок) на підставі протоколу про результати електронного аукціону. Орендар зобов’язаний: - для забезпечення подальшої нормальної безпечної експлуатації споруди, необхідно розробити проєктну документацію на встановлення проєктованого обладнання; - виконати гідроізоляцію надземної частини фундаментів вежі; - під час виконання регламентних робіт виконати ремонт антикорозійного захисту металоконструкцій вежі з врахуванням вимог щодо кольорового маркування; - встановити нагляд за відхиленням від вертикальності стовбуру вежі; - під час виконання регламентних робіт замінити болти на болти необхідної довжини із кріпленням їх двома гайками з встановленням плоских шайб; клас міцності болтів не нижче 8.8.; - наступний експертний огляд об’єкту здійснювати не більше ніж через 7 років, крім того періодично, не менше двох разів на рік і після кожного урагану необхідно … виконувати огляд конструкцій вежі.
