Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
В дату укладання договору оренди або до такої дати переможець електронного аукціону зобов’язаний сплатити орендну плату за один місяць (авансовий внесок) на підставі протоколу про результати електронного аукціону. Орендар зобов’язаний: - виконати пофарбування у верхній частині цегляного димаря біло-червоними смугами акриловими фарбами, згідно нормативних документів; - виконати ремонт антикорозійного захисту елементів драбини димаря; - виконати за чеканення частини швів розчином будівельної суміші Полімін М-100; - поновити вимощення навколо стовбуру димаря з водонепроникним покриттям; - виконати обмазувальну гідроізоляцію надземної частини цегляного димаря; - очистити територію навколо димаря від рослинності та сміття; - наступний експертний огляд об’єкту здійснювати не більше ніж через 7 років, крім того, періодично, не менше двох разів на рік і після кожного урагану необхідно виконувати огляд конструкцій димаря
