Майно передається в оренду за умов: 1. Заборони суборенди об’єкта оренди. 2. Виключення з проекту договору оренди усіх положень, що передбачають або пов’язані із можливістю приватизації об’єкта оренди, та визначення у договорі оренди заборони приватизації у відповідності до умов договору оренди. 3. Заборони проведення капітального ремонту об’єкта оренди та здійснення невід’ємних поліпшень орендарем без погодження із Орендодавцем та АТ «УОП». 4. Надання права Орендодавцеві на односторонню відмову від договору у випадку необхідності використання приміщень об’єкту оренди у виробничій/господарській діяльності або невиконання Орендарем зобов’язань (враховуючи положення договору оренди). 5. Забезпечення укладення з Орендарем договору про відшкодування витрат на утримання орендованого майна та надання комунальних послуг, та інших платежів, передбачених договором оренди.
