Обов'язок оплати робіт щодо розроблення науково-проектної документації на реставрацію та пристосування вказаної частини пам'ятки під сучасне використання та внесення змін до охоронного договору покладається на орендаря. Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Компенсація витрат балансоутримувачу пов’язаних з укладанням охоронного договору 26829,20 грн. 2. Відповідно до п.2 розділу «Інші умови» охоронного договору на пам'ятку культурної спадщини від 20.09.2024 № 5242 у разі зміни режиму (цільового використання) пам'ятки (або її частини) культурної спадщини, орендар зобов'язаний розробити за власний рахунок та погодити за встановленим законодавством порядком, в т.ч. з Департаментом охорони культурної спадщини виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації), науково-проектну документацію на реставрацію та пристосування вказаної частини пам'ятки під сучасне використання з метою внесення змін до охоронного договору.
