здійснити протягом одного року після підписання договору оренди, капітальний ремонт захисної споруди подвійного призначення, ПРУ відповідно ДБН В.2.2-5:2023 " Захисні споруди цивільного захисту", Наказ Міністерства внутрішніх справ 09 липня 2019 року № 579 " Вимога щодо утримання та експлуатації захисних споруд цивільного захисту", Постанова КМУ від 10 березня 2017 року № 138 " Порядок створення, утримання фонду захисних споруд цивільного, виключення таких споруд із фонду та ведення його обліку". Здійснення невід'ємних поліпшень можливо тільки у разі надання орендодавцем письмової згоди на поточний та/або капітальний ремонт орендованого майна. Здійснення капітального ремонту можливо тільки при отриманні декларації про початок виконання будівельних робіт. У триденний термін після її отримання орендатор зобов'язаний надати до Верхівцевської міської ради оригінал декларації.
