Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
Строк оренди – 2 роки; цільове призначення об’єкта – роздрібна торгівля в неспеціалізованих магазинах переважно продуктами харчування, напоями та тютюновими виробами; майно не може бути передане в суборенду; належність об’єкта оренди до пам’яток культурної спадщини - не належить; відшкодування витрат балансоутримувачу на утримання орендованого майна та відшкодування наданих комунальних послуг з умовою недопущення утворення заборгованості по наданих послугах; з метою недопущення втрат до бюджету Сарненської міської територіальної громади орендодавцю оголошувати проведення повторного аукціону без зниження стартової орендної плати, яка була зазначена на першому аукціоні; утримання в належному технічному стані конструктивних елементів об’єкта оренди та прилеглої території, підтримання привабливого зовнішнього вигляду та благоустрою прилеглої території, забезпечення дотримання санітарно-екологічних норм, протипожежних заходів та заходів цивільної безпеки відповідно до вимог закону України «Про благоустрій … населених пунктів», забезпечення безпечних умов праці; орендар має право здійснювати невід’ємні поліпшення після отримання згоди Сарненської міської ради або визначеним ним органом в порядку, встановленому відповідним органом місцевого самоврядування; орендар має право за письмовою згодою постійної комісії з економічних питань, управління комунальною власністю, житлово-комунального господарства та інвестиційного розвитку Сарненської міської ради здійснювати поточний та/або капітальний ремонт за власний рахунок; об’єкт не може бути використаний за будь-яким цільовим призначенням (п. 29 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.06.2020 року № 483)
