- використання орендованого майна виключно за визначеним цільовим призначенням; - утримання та оснащення приміщення буфету закладу освіти, повинні відповідати вимогам Закону України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів» та законодавства про безпечність та окремі показники якості харчових продуктів»; - дотримуватися постанови Кабінету Міністерству України від 24.03.2021 № 305 «Про затвердження норм та Порядку організації харчування у закладах освіти та дитячих закладах оздоровлення та відпочинку»; - виконувати наказ Міністерства охорони здоров’я від 25.09.2020 № 2205 «Про затвердження Санітарного регламенту для закладів загальної середньої освіти»; - забороняється передавати орендоване приміщення в суборенду; - після укладення договору оренди з Полтавським міським управлінням земельних ресурсів та земельного кадастру щодо сплати земельного податку, надати копію орендодавцю та балансоутримувачу щодо сплати земельного податку.
