Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
• строк оренди – із 15.10.2024 по 30.04.2025; • цільове призначення об’єкта за пропозицією балансоутримувача – транспортуваня теплової енергії для забезпечення послуг із теплопостачання будівлі Сарненського ліцею № 5 та Сарненської гімназії № 6 Сарненської міської ради (діяльність із виробництва теплової енергії); • передача об’єкта оренди в суборенду - заборонено; • належність об’єктів оренди до пам’яток культурної спадщини - не належить; • наявність ліцензії на провадження господарської діяльності із постачання теплової енергії; • відшкодувує витрати балансоутримувачу на утримання орендованого майна та надання комунальних послуг з умовою недопущення утворення заборгованості по наданих послугах; • утримання в належному технічному стані Об’єкта оренди та прилеглої території, підтримання привабливого зовнішнього вигляду та благоустрою прилеглої території, забезпечення дотримання санітарно-екологічних норм, протипожежних заходів та заходів цивільної безпеки відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про благоустрій … населених пунктів», забезпечення умов праці; • орендар має право здійснювати невід’ємні поліпшення після отримання згоди представницького органу Сарненської міської ради або визначеним ним органом в порядку, встановленому відповідним представницьким органом місцевого самоврядування; • орендар має право за письмовою згодою балансоутримувача здійснювати поточний та/або капітальний ремонт за власний рахунок.
