Потеційний орендар повинен встановити відповідний додатковий прилад обліку (лічильник) електропостачання для визначення кількості спожитих послуг. Строк встановлення орендарем приладу обліку (лічильника) – не пізніше 10 днів після укладання договору оренди. У разі не встановлення лічильника, балансоутримувач здійснює нарахування комунальних послуг відповідно до отриманих загальних даних споживання від постачальника таких послуг.. Строк оренди: 5 років, але не більше ніж до початку ремонтних робіт у разі виділення коштів на ремонт будівлі кінотеатру «Братислава»
