Вимоги до орендаря Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». Потеційний орендар повинен встановити відповідний додатковий прилад обліку (лічильник) електропостачання для визначення кількості спожитих послуг. Строк встановлення орендарем приладу обліку (лічильника) – не пізніше 10 днів після укладання договору оренди. У разі не встановлення лічильника, балансоутримувач здійснює нарахування комунальних послуг відповідно до отриманих загальних даних споживання від постачальника таких послуг.
