Оренда нежитлового приміщення котельні загальною площею 413,5 м2 (з наявними котлами водогрійними «Калвіс-950» та «Калвіс-600») з метою вироблення теплової енергії з подальшою її реалізацією для потреб КНП «Кам’янська багатопрофільна лікарня» Кам’янської міської ради
Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
- наявність у орендаря ліцензій та дозволів необхідних для виробництва, постачання та транспортування теплової енергії; - наявність у орендаря досвіду роботи з виробництва, постачання та транспортування теплової енергії - орендар самостійно укладає договори про надання комунальних послуг або відшкодовує їх вартість балансоутримувачу; - орендар зобов’язаний виконувати обов’язки, передбачені частиною 2 статті 18 та статтею 36 Закону України «Про благоустрій населених пунктів» та проводити благоустрій прилеглої території; - у випадку підписання договору на теплопостачання з орендарем, вартість Гкал встановлюється не більше ніж 2650,00 грн. на період опалювального сезону 2024-2025 років; - у випадку підписання договору на теплопостачання з орендарем, перегляд вартості Гкал проводиться сторонами не частіше одного разу на рік на початку опалювального сезону; - у випадку підписання договору на теплопостачання з орендарем, послуги з теплопостачання надаються орендарем на наявному обладнанні котельні. У разі заміни … або ремонту обладнання з ініціативи орендаря, орендодавець не зобов’язаний відшкодовувати його вартість; - у випадку підписання договору на теплопостачання з орендарем, у разі недодержання останнім температурного режиму або невигідного тарифу на теплопостачання, орендодавець має право розірвати договір оренди в односторонньому порядку, письмово попередивши про це орендаря за 15 календарних днів. В такому випадку орендар, по закінченні 15-денного строку зобов’язаний звільнити об’єкт оренди; - орендар зобов’язаний підтримувати температурний режим в усіх приміщеннях лікарні відповідно до Санітарного регламенту для медичних закладів; - орендар не має права розірвати договір оренди перед або під час опалювального сезону в односторонньому порядку або ініціювати зміну умов договору оренди чи договору на теплопостачання (у випадку його укладення); - проведення поточного ремонту приміщення за рахунок орендаря; - повірка наявних приладів обліку (лічильників, манометрів і тд.) за рахунок орендаря; - ремонт і обслуговування наявного обладнання (котлів та насосів) за рахунок орендаря; - страхування майна орендарем в страховій компанії на розсуд орендаря, з вказанням вигодонабувачем власника майна; - оренда та обслуговування обладнання – генератора резервного живлення АLMARAA 33 OTO KB JN (за потреби); - встановлення відеоспостереження за згодою сторін; - встановлення протипожежної сигналізації за згодою сторін; - контроль за дотриманням вимог охорони праці та пожежної безпеки здійснює балансоутримувач; - передача приміщення котельні в суборенду забороняється
