Орендар зобов’язаний використовувати орендоване Майно згідно з його призначенням. 2.2 Орендарю забороняється: - передавати Майно в суборенду; - укладати договори про спільну діяльність, де внеском Орен-даря є право на оренду орендованого державного Майна; - змінювати конструкцію Майна, знімати незнімне обладнання та інші частини та деталі, здійснювати переобладнання без письмового дозволу Орендодавця та органу управління ДКА України; - використовувати Майно за межами України та на тимчасово окупованих територіях України та АР Крим без письмового до-зволу Орендодавця та органу управління ДКА України; - здійснювати поліпшення орендованого Майна, які неможли-во відокремити від відповідного об’єкта без заподіяння йому шкоди, в розмірі не менш як 25 відсотків ринкової вартості Май-на, визначеної суб’єктом оціночної діяльності для цілей оренди Майна. 2.3. Орендар зобов’язаний: - вчасно, за власний рахунок, здійснювати технічне обслуго-вування, поточні ремонти, технічні огляди, витрати по експлуатації майна, а … також приведення Майна в належний вигляд перед передачею повернення Орендодавцю; - після припинення договору оренди повернути Орендодавцю орендоване Майно в належному стані, не гіршому, чим на час передачі його в оренду, з урахуванням фізичного зношення; - видалити знаки, які були при необхідності нанесені Оренда-рем на борти Майна при повернені майна Орендодавцю; - витрати пов’язані з транспортуванням, доукомплектовуванням, очищенням, промиванням та пропаркою, подовженням терміну служби бере на себе Орендар без відшкодування Орендодавцем.

Цистерни знаходяться в неробочому стані та потребують капі-тального ремонту. Останній плановий ( деповський ) ремонт цистерн проводився у 2022-2023 роках Надресорні балки і бокові рами мають перевищений строк но-рмативної експлуатації, просадка пружин візка. Колісні пари мають значний знос по товщині ободу, що уне-можливлює їх подальшу експлуатацію. Котли цистерн мають значну корозію та присутні вм’ятини. Мають залишки раніше перевезених вантажів. Автозчепний прилад має значний знос клину тягового хомута, деформація фрикційної планки, фрикційний апарат не працює. Відсутні деякі деталі авто гальмівного обладнання.
