Цільове призначення та умови користування – обмежень щодо використання майна за цільовим призначенням немає, за винятком обмежень встановлених державними будівельними нормами України для житлових будинків.
Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
здійснення невід’ємних поліпшень можливо тільки у разі надання орендодавцем письмової згоди на поточний та/або капітальний ремонт орендованого майна. Здійснення капітального ремонту можливо тільки при отриманні декларації про початок виконання будівельних робіт. У триденний термін після її отримання орендатор зобов’язаний надати до департаменту адміністративних послуг та дозвільних процедур Дніпровської міської ради оригінал декларації. Суборенда – дозволена для юридичних осіб та фізичних осіб - підприємців. Орендар який став переможцем аукціону, вважається таким, що отримав згоду орендодавця на передачу майна в суборенду, за умови якщо орендар - фізична особа – підприємець або юридична особа. Орендар протягом трьох робочих днів з моменту укладення договору суборенди зобов’язаний подати орендодавцю один примірник договору суборенди та інформацію про суборендаря в обсязі, визначеному п. 3 ст. 13 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». Для затвердження протоколу аукціону потенційний … орендар, визначений за результатами аукціону, повинен надати наступну інформацію: - Інформація про відповідність орендаря вимогам, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна"; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, Статут, Наказ про призначення директора - для юридичних осіб; - інформація про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника. Якщо особа не має кінцевого бенефіціарного власника, зазначається інформація про причину його відсутності; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, паспорт - для фізичних осіб - підприємців; - копія паспорта, коду громадянина України для фізичних осіб - громадян України; - копія документа, що посвідчує особу для іноземних громадян та осіб без громадянства.
