Здійснення капітального ремонту можливо тільки при отриманні декларації про початок виконання будівельних робіт. У триденний термін після її отримання орендатор зобов’язаний надати до департаменту адміністративних послуг та дозвільних процедур Дніпровської міської ради оригінал декларації. Суборенда – дозволена для юридичних осіб та фізичних осіб - підприємців. Орендар який став переможцем аукціону, вважається таким, що отримав згоду орендодавця на передачу майна в суборенду, за умови якщо орендар - фізична особа – підприємець або юридична особа. Орендар протягом трьох робочих днів з моменту укладення договору суборенди зобов’язаний подати орендодавцю один примірник договору суборенди та інформацію про суборендаря в обсязі, визначеному п. 3 ст. 13 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна».
