Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

1) Орендар зобов'язаний дотримуватись вимог і обмежень законодавства про охорону культурної спадщини та охоронного договору; 2) Орендар не має права використовувати орендоване майно за такими видами цільового призначення: - склади, камери схову, архіви; - ритуальних послуг; громадські вбиралені; - збор і сортування вторинної сировини; - стоянка автомобілів; транспортні підприємства з перевезення пасажирів і вантажів; - станція технічного обслуговування автомобілів; 3) Орендар зобов’язаний: - проводити поточний ремонт пам’ятки (її частини) і роботи з упорядження території пам’ятки; - розробити науково-проектну документацію для проведення комплексу ремонтно-реставраційних робіт на об'єкті; - виконувати реставраційні, ремонтні та інші роботи (відповідно до науково-проектної документації, затвердженої в установленому порядку, за письмовим дозволом органу охорони) в терміни, передбачені умовами охоронного договору, а у разі потреби - в терміни, визначені окремим розпорядженням органу охорони. 4) Зазначення у … договорі оренди наступних умов та обов'язків орендаря: - невиконання умов (додаткових умов) оренди майна є підставою для дострокового припинення договору оренди; - збереження, схоронності майна, недопущення його псування та руйнування; - використання об’єкта оренди за цільовим призначенням; - компенсація орендарем витрат, пов’язаних з проведенням переоцінки (оцінки) об’єкта оренди, здійсненої балансоутримувачем у сумі 7080.00 грн; - укладення договору страхування об’єкта оренди.
