Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Майно передається в оренду без права на викуп орендованого майна. 2. Профіль використання: для проведення занять у спортивних секціях для школярів, хореографічних гуртків, з врахуванням погодинного графіку використання: понеділок, середа та п’ятниця з 14:00год. до 16:00год. 3. Строк оренди 5 років (з врахуванням сезонного використання з 01.09. по 30.06. (нарахування в міжсезонний період становить 1% від встановленої договором орендної плати). 4. Орендар зобов’язаний дотримуватись вимог і обмежень укладеного охоронного договору на об’єкт культурної спадщини, змін до нього, так як об’єкт, є пам’яткою архітектури та містобудування та виконувати усі обов’язки Балансоутримувача/власника за охоронним договором, який є додатком до Договору оренди. 5. Орендар зобов’язаний слідкувати за належним станом фасаду і в разі необхідності оперативно здійснювати ремонт (реставрацію) фасаду. 6. Суборенда не допускається (абзац 10 частина 1 статті 3 Закону та рішення Чернівецької міської … ради VII скликання від 06.12.2018р. №1526).
