Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

Встановити більш тривалий строк оренди ніж передбачений пунктом 53 Порядку – 15 років, але не довше ніж до моменту переходу права власності на об’єкт оренди (єдиний майновий комплекс, до складу якого входить об’єкт оренди) до переможця аукціону, проведеного відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про приватизацію державного і комунального майна». 2) Провести ремонтні роботи орендованих приміщень (протягом перших 5 (п’яти) років з дати укладення договору оренди), обов’язок зі здійснення яких буде покладено на орендаря, орієнтовна вартість яких становить не менше 18 757 339,60 грн (вісімнадцять мільйонів сімсот п’ятдесят сім тисяч триста тридцять дев’ять) гривень 60 копійок, у тому числі: - заміна вікон, орієнтовна вартість робіт не менше 1 500 000,00 грн (один мільйон п’ятсот тисяч) гривень; - ремонт підлоги, стелі та стін третього поверху брошурувального цеху, орієнтовною вартістю не менше 13 731 179,60 грн (тринадцять мільйонів сімсот тридцять одна тисяча сто сімдесят дев’ять) гривень 60 копійок; - ремонт даху … брошурувального корпусу орієнтовною вартістю не менше 3 226 160,00 грн (три мільйони двісті двадцять шість тисяч сто шістдесят) гривень; - ремонт санвузлів, орієнтовною вартістю не менше 300 000,00 грн (триста тисяч) гривень. 3) Працевлаштувати 40 працівників Балансоутримувача, які зайняті безпосереднім обслуговуванням поліграфічного обладнання та виробництвом поліграфічної продукції. 4) Використовувати майно лише за цільовим призначенням, а саме: з метою розміщення офісу, виробничих потужностей та видавничого обладнання для видавничого виробництва.
