Орендар самостійно прибирає орендоване приміщення. 3. Ремонт під власні потреби здійснюється силами та за рахунок Орендаря за погодженням уповноваженого органу управління майном. 4. Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам статті 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». 5. Орендні канікули не передбачені. 6. Суборенда - Орендар має право на передачу в майна суборенду за погодженням уповноваженого органу управління майном. 7. Договір оренди, який буде укладено за результатами проведення даного аукціону, підлягає нотаріальному посвідченню, так як строк оренди перевищує п’ять років (ч. 3 ст. 16 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна»), та здійснюється за рахунок орендаря.
