Під час експлуатації майна, Орендар за власні кошти, у відповідності до технічного регламенту забезпечує заміну масел, спеціальних рідин, фільтрів, тощо, також здійснює ремонт складових частин систем, а також здійснює контроль за відповідністю наданих послуг іншим суб’єктом. Також у період використання Майна Орендар за власні кошти встановлює/здійснює заміну шин по факту їх зносу, забезпечує їх ремонт, здійснює заміну акумуляторів, здійснює заміну швидкозношуваних складників. Орендар зобов’язаний усунути погіршення транспортного засобу, які сталися з його вини. У разі якщо погіршення сталися внаслідок експлуатації автомобіля Орендарем і автомобіль потребує капітального ремонту, такий ремонт проводиться Орендарем за власні кошти.
