Нерухоме майно передається в оренду з метою надання послуг, які не можуть бути забезпечені безпосередньо закладом освіти (Буковинським державним медичним університетом), пов’язаних із забезпеченням чи обслуговуванням діяльності такого закладу, їх працівників та відвідувачів – розміщення буфету, який не здійснює продаж товарів підакцизної групи. Орендар компенсує Балансоутримувачу витрати на оплату комунальних послуг згідно виставлених рахунків та земельного податку.
