Чинний орендар зобов’язаний щомісяця компенсувати Орендодавцю кошти у розмірі частини податку на землю пропорційної площі землі, яку займає здане в оренду нерухоме майно, а також прилегла до будівлі чи споруди земельна ділянка, яка надається Орендарю для досягнення мети оренди. - В разі наявної технічної можливості, з метою недопущення кредитування бюджетними коштами платного споживача, орендар зобов’язаний укласти прямі договори на надання комунальних послуг та енергоносіїв на об’єкт оренди безпосередньо з виробником та постачальником такої послуги, за відсутності такої технічної можливості – укласти з балансоутримувачем орендованого майна договір про відшкодування витрат балансоутримувача на утримання орендованого Майна та надання комунальних послуг Орендарю. - Орендар не має права на приватизацію ( викуп) орендованого майна. Відчуження орендованого майна проводиться відповідно до чинного законодавства України. - Орендар не має права передавати орендоване майно в суборенду.
