Трираундовий англійський аукціон

Ще до початку аукціону учасники подають свої закриті цінові пропозиції. Потенційні покупці не знають, чи є ще конкуренти та не бачать ставки один одного. Електронна торгова система ранжує ставки учасників від найменшої до найбільшої і той, хто зробив найвищу (закриту) цінову пропозицію має право останнього ходу в кожному з раундів. Це дає йому найвищі шанси на перемогу. Аукціон розпочинається, коли на торги зареєструвалося щонайменше два учасники. Проте в певних напрямах лот може викупити єдиний … зареєстрований учасник за тією ціною, яку він запропонував. Протягом трьох раундів, які тривають по 3 хвилини учасники змагаються за лот та підвищують свої ставки. Коли аукціон завершується, вся інформація про учасників розкривається. Трираундовий “англієць” – найпоширеніший різновид аукціонів у системі, за допомогою якого можна продати або придбати будь-який актив: орендувати вагон або купити дозвіл на користування надрами.

Орендар зобов’язаний укласти договір з НСЗУ на участь в урядовій програмі реімбурсації «Доступні ліки» згідно Закону від 19 жовтня 2017 № 2168-VIII «Про державні фінансові гарантії медичного обслуговування населення», укласти договір про відшкодуваня комунальних послуг з водопостачання та водовідведення, електроенергії та опалення з орендодавцем та своєчасно і в повному обсязі розраховуватися за спожиті комунальні послуги; - Орендар зобов’язаний проводити за власний рахунок поточний ремонт майна. В разі здійснення поточного ремонту майна інформувати про це Орендодавця в письмовій формі. Утримувати майно в належному санітарному стані; - Орендар зобов’язаний проводити поліпшення орендованого майна (капітальний ремонт, реконструкцію, перебудову) лише за згодою Орендодавця у відповідності до вимог чинного законодавства. - за власні кошти виконувати всі протипожежні заходи, визначені чиним законодавством. - Орендар не має права надавати орендоване майно в суборенду . - Орендар має забезпечити облік споживання … енергоресурсів шляхом встановлення засобів обліку спожитої електороенергії. - Орендар має забезпечити безперешкодний доступ та обслуговування осіб з особливими потребами та маломобільних груп населення. - Орендар має забезпечити прибирання прилеглої території до об’єкту оренди за свій рахунок. - Орендар при здійсненні своєї діяльності не має створювати будь-яких перешкод чи інших дій, що будуть заважати здійснення лікувального процесу у Орендодавця. Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна". Потенційний орендар для участі в аукціоні надає підтверджуючі документи, що передбачені ч. 3 ст. 13 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна".
