Огляд майна здійснюється за адресою: У робочі дні за попереднім узгодженням з понеділка по четвер з 08:30 до 17:30, в п’ятницю 08:30 до 16:15 Територія Одеського морського порту є зоною обмеженого доступу - встановлені планом охорони порту чи портового засобу приміщення, споруди або території, доступ до яких знаходиться під постійним контролем, має певні заборони та обмеження відповідно до встановленого рівня охорони. Пропускний режим на території Одеського морського порту забезпечується відповідно до Положення про забезпечення пропускного та внутрішньооб'єктового режиму на території порту, яке затверджується головою адміністрації морських портів України. Зважаючи на вищевикладене, інформуємо, що для оформлення тимчасових чи разових перепусток на право проїзду (проходу) на територію ДП «Одеський порт» з метою огляду об’єкту оренди, необхідно звертатись у робочі дні, за попередньою домовленістю, з повідомленням за один робочий день. Враховуючи, що в порту Одеса є пункти пропуску (пункти контролю) через державний кордон України та зони митного контролю, право відвідування режимної території може узгоджуватись з органом охорони державного кордону та митницею. Враховуючи введений в Україні воєнний стан Указом Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 року № 64/2022 (зі змінами), можуть існувати також певні особливості щодо узгодження доступу до режимної території.

Інші умови, передбачені законодавством: 1. Реєстрація податкової накладної здійснюється Орендодавцем/Балансоутримувачем із дотриманням встановлених Податковим кодексом України граничних строків. (Граничні строки реєстрації податкових накладних встановлено пунктом 201.10 статті 201 та пунктом 89 підрозділу 2 розділу XX Податкового кодексу України). 2. Враховуючи особливості надання послуг в морських портах України, керуючись Законом України «Про морські порти України», «Правилами надання послуг у морських портах України», що затверджені наказом Міністерства інфраструктури України від 05.06.2013 № 348, Потенційний орендар, який має намір взяти участь в електронному аукціоні повинен мати статус портового оператора у відповідності до пункту 11 статті 1 Закону України «Про морські порти України», та бути внесеним до Реєстру морських портів України, згідно Порядку ведення Реєстру морських портів України, затвердженого постановою КМУ від 11 липня 2013 № 496 (в редакції постанови КМУ від 9 грудня 2021 № 1303), та … надати документ, що підтверджує статус портового оператора у вигляді витягу з Реєстру морських портів України. 3. Договір оренди автоматично припиняє свою чинність з моменту відчуження державного нерухомого майна (Об’єктів оренди, Майна) згідно із законодавством та укладення відповідного договору купівлі-продажу державного Майна. У випадку припинення чинності договору оренди з підстав відчуження державного Майна, Майно повертається Балансоутримувачу протягом 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дати надходження Орендарю повідомлення від Балансоутримувача про припинення чинності договору оренди.
