1) Об’єкт може бути змонтовано лише на території Іванів-ської сільської ради; 2) Орендар за власний кошт проводить монтаж всіх необ-хідних конструктивних елементів та забезпечує підведен-ня необхідних потужностей для можливості роботи орен-дованого об’єкту. 3) Орендар забезпечує дотримання правил безпеки при використанні об’єкта оренди, а також проведення необхі-дного інструктажу для працівників, в період його експлу-атації в межах цього договору. Забезпечує технічну спра-вність об’єкту, за власний кошт проводить поточний та всі інші види ремонтів. 4) Вартість витрат понесених Орендарем на монтаж та в період експлуатації об’єкт не підлягає відшкодуванню за рахунок Орендодавця
