Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

1. Орендар зобов’язаний щомісяця компенсувати Орендодавцю кошти у розмірі частини податку на землю пропорційне площі землі, яку займає здане в оренду нерухоме Майно. 2. Орендар не має права на приватизацію (викуп) орендованого майна. Відчуження орендованого майна проводиться відповідно до чинного законодавства України. 3. Орендар не має права передавати орендоване майно в суборенду. 4. В разі наявної технічної можливості, з метою недопущення кредитування бюджетними коштами платного споживача, орендар зобов’язаний укласти прямі договори на надання комунальних послуг та енергоносіїв на об’єкт оренди безпосередньо з виробником та постачальником такої послуги, за відсутності такої технічної можливості – укласти з балансоутримувачем орендованого майна договір про відшкодування витрат балансоутримувача на утримання орендованого Майна та надання комунальних послуг Орендарю. 5. Сторони погоджуються, що договір оренди достроково припиняється на вимогу орендодавця у разі: якщо не застрахував орендоване майно згідно з … умовами Договору; необхідності у використанні орендованого нерухомого майна для потреб Збройних Сил України (формуванні (передислокації) військових частин, закладів, установ Міноборони та Збройних Сил України згідно рішень (наказів, директив та інше) Міноборони та Головнокомандуючого Збройних Сил України, за умови повідомлення орендаря за 30 (тридцять) календарних днів; прийняття встановленим порядком рішення про відчуження нерухомого військового майна, яке є об’єктом оренди, за умови повідомлення орендаря за 30 (тридцять) календарних днів. 6. Відповідно до Порядку (пункту 54 абзац 30) та умов Договору (п.12.7.6 примірного договору оренди майна) передбачено, що невиконання додаткових умов оренди, зазначених у п. 14 Умов, є підставою для дострокового припинення договору оренди. 7. Орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити доступ на об’єкт оренди Орендодавцю та Уповноваженому органу управління, у метою здійснення контролю за його використанням та виконанням Орендарем умов цього договору.
