Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
- здійснення поточного та/або капітального ремонту орендованого приміщення за погодженням виконавчого комітету Здолбунівської міської ради; - передача в суборенду за попередньою згодою орендодавця; - страхування Об’єкта оренди; - відшкодування балансоутримувачу вартість проведення оцінки Об’єкта оренди у сумі 3000 грн; - утримання в належному технічному стані Об'єкта оренди та прилеглої території, підтримання благоустрою прилеглої території, - забезпечення дотримання санітарно-екологічних норм, протипожежних заходів та заходів цивільної безпеки відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про благоустрій населених пунктів»; - орендар компенсує витрати Балансоутримувача пов’язані з технічним обслуговування, та утримання в належному стані систем внутрішньо будинкових мереж теплопостачання, водопостачання, електропостачання та водовідведення, якщо інше непередбачене договором оренди.
