1.Орендар самостійно сплачує або відшкодовує балансоутримувачу за комунальні послуги, вивіз сміття та інші послуги передбачені проектом договору оренди. 2.Орендар за власні кошти виготовляє в комунальному підприємстві “Земельно-кадастрове бюро” довідку про грошову оцінку земельної ділянки, довідку-розрахунок місячного розміру плати за землю та самостійно сплачує плату за землю або відшкодовує балансоутримувачу. 3.Орендар відшкодовує балансоутримувачу податок на нерухоме майно, відмінне від земельної ділянки,щоквартально, до 15 числа, що наступає за звітним періодом. 4.Орендар самостійно здійснює страхування об’єкта оренди на користь орендодавця. 5.Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам статті 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». 6.Суборенда комунального майна Тернопільської міської територіальної громади не дозволяється.
