Продажі» Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам статті 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». Стартова орендна плата для всіх видів аукціонів: 1 … відсоток вартості об’єкта оренди, визначеної відповідно до статті 8 Закону Строк оренди: 5 років з моменту підписання договору .
