Сауни, лазні. Організація концертів та іншої видовищно-розважальної діяльності. Готелі, хостели, турбази, мотелі, кемпінги, літні будиночки. Комп’ютерні клуби та Інтернет-кафе. 1.3. Загальна кількість кроків, на які знижується стартова ціна лота при проведенні аукціону за методом покрокового зниження стартової орендної плати та подальшого подання цінових пропозицій становить 3 кроки. 3. Орендар не пізніше 1 місяця після укладення договору оренди зобов’язаний укласти з балансоутримувачем договір про … участь орендаря в управлінні багатоквартирним будинком.
