1. Наявність у орендаря ліцензії на медичну практику (фізіотерапія та реабілітація). Надати копію ліцензії на медичну практику (фізіотерапія та реабілітація). 2. Виконання певних видів ремонтних робіт (поточного та/або капітального ремонту), реконструкції або реставрації об’єкта оренди в певній сумі протягом певного строку чи виконання інших інвестиційних зобов’язань у межах, передбачених законодавством. За рахунок власних коштів Орендаря протягом 10 робочих днів від дати підписання договору оренди розробити та погодити проект поліпшення орендованого майна з представниками Орендодавця та Балансоутримувача. Здійснити поліпшення орендованого майна за рахунок власних коштів Орендаря протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів від дати погодження проекту поліпшення орендованого майна з представниками Орендодавця та Балансоутримувача. Надати гарантійний лист-зобов’язання за рахунок власних коштів Орендаря протягом 10 робочих днів від дати підписання договору оренди розробити та погодити проект поліпшення … орендованого майна з представниками Орендодавця та Балансоутримувача.
