Орендар зобов’язаний при загрозі чи виникненні надзвичайних ситуацій на об’єктах метрополітену (станціях), на вимогу Балансоутримувача призупиняє свою діяльність на цій станції та в разі необхідності, тимчасово видаляє своє майно за межі станції. У разі технічної необхідності, в дні масових перевезень Балансоутримувача або орган, уповноважений управляти майном Балансоутримувача, має право тимчасово закривати, встановлювати обмеження часу роботи об’єкта оренди. Орендар повинен дотримуватись порядку здійснення торгівельної діяльності встановленому на станціях та підземних пішохідних переходах Балансоутримувача, а саме: - початок роботи об’єкту оренди з 7 год. 30 хв.; - закінчення роботи об’єкту оренди до 22 год. 00 хв.; - завезення товарів лише до початку години “пік” (7 год. 30 хв.); - вивезення товарів не пізніше 22 год. 00 хв. Орендарю забороняється користуватися санітарними та іншими приміщеннями Балансоутримувача без відповідних дозволів.
