- без права передачі в суборенду; - здійснення поточного та/або капітального ремонту орендованого приміщення за погодженням з виконавчим комітетом Здолбунівської міської ради та Орендодавцем; - утримання в належному технічному стані Об'єкта оренди; - забезпечення дотримання санітарно-екологічних норм, протипожежних заходів та заходів цивільної безпеки відповідно до вимог Закону України "Про благоустрій населених пунктів"; - наявність в Орендаря дозволів та ліцензій для ведення діяльності з забору біологічного матеріалу; - Орендар окремо укладає договір про відшкодування витрат на утримання орендованого майна та надання комунальних послуг або відшкодовує комунальні послуги на користь орендодавця згідно виставлених актів наданих послуг щомісячно. Також орендар відшкодовує оредодавцю майна земельний податок відповідно до Земельного кодексу.
