Методики про порядок розрахунку плати за оренду майна, що належить до комунальної власності Чернівецької міської територіальної громади, яка затверджена Рішенням міської ради VІІІ скликання від 30.11.2021 №584, розмір орендної плати коригується на коефіцієнт 1,1, а саме для суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності, які не зареєстровані у м.Чернівцях (крім визначеної у фіксованому розмірі у пункті 5.10. цієї Методики). Майно передається в оренду без права на викуп орендованого майна. Профіль використання: під надання спортивних та/або оздоровчих послуг.
