Про передачу в оренду через аукціон державного нерухомого майна – частини приміщень нежитлової будівлі (літ.А) загальною площею 2,0 кв.м (в т.ч. частина приміщення 1-го поверху (1-5) - 2,0 кв.м), що знаходиться за адресою: Чернівецька область, Дністровський район, м. Сокиряни, вул. Я. Мудрого 5. відповідно до Переліку нерухомого державного майна, щодо якого прийнято рішення про передачу в оренду на аукціоні. Залишкова балансова вартість об'єкта 565.05 грн., Первісна балансова вартість об'єкта - 1372.58 … грн. Строк оренди – 5 РОКІВ. Стан задовільний. Потужність електромережі - 5 квт. Об'єкт не є пам'яткою культурної спадщини. Нерухоме майно передається в оренду з метою надання послуг, які не можуть бути забезпечені безпосередньо Управлінням Державної казначейської служби України у Сокирянському районі Чернівецької області, пов’язаних із забезпеченням чи обслуговуванням діяльності такого органу, його працівників та відвідувачів, а саме: розміщення платіжного терміналу самообслуговування.
