Готелі, хостели, турбази, мотелі, кемпінги, літні будиночки. Комп’ютерні клуби та Інтернет-кафе. 2. Ритуальні послуги. Громадські вбиральні. Збір і сортування вторинної сировини. 3. Розміщення суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності, які здійснюють іншу виробничу діяльність.

1. Об’єкт оренди можна використовувати за будь-яким цільовим призначенням, крім категорій визначених додатком 3 до Порядку згідно п.54 Порядку: 1.1. Нічні клуби. Ресторани з нічним режимом роботи (після 22 год). Сауни, лазні. Організація концертів та іншої видовищно-розважальної діяльності. Готелі, хостели, турбази, мотелі, кемпінги, літні будиночки. Комп’ютерні клуби та Інтернет-кафе. 1.2. Ритуальні послуги. Громадські вбиральні. Збір і сортування вторинної сировини. 1.3. Розміщення суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності, які здійснюють іншу виробничу діяльність. 2. Орендар зобов’язаний, не пізніше 1 місяця після укладення договору оренди, укласти з балансоутримувачем договір про участь орендаря в управлінні багатоквартирним будинком. 3. Орендар зобов’язаний, не пізніше 1 місяця після укладення договору оренди, відшкодувати балансоутримувачу вартість проведення незалежної оцінки.
