- виконати види ремонтних робіт об’єкта оренди відповідно до робочого проекту, що міститься у проєктно-кошторисній документації, яка виготовлена природоохоронною рекреаційною установою парком-пам’яткою садово-паркового мистецтва загальнодержавного значення «СТРИЙСЬКИЙ ПАРК»; - відшкодувати витрати на користь балансоутримувача пов’язані з виготовленням проектно-кошторисної документації у розмірі 32 598,46 грн. без ПДВ; - відшкодувати витрати на користь балансоутримувача за виготовлення висновку експертизи проектно-кошторисної документації у розмірі 4 008,00 грн. з ПДВ; - відшкодувати витрати на користь балансоутримувача за проведення оцінки майна у розмірі 1200,00 грн. без ПДВ; - сплачувати 100% розміру орендної плати на рахунок орендодавця; - застрахувати орендоване майно на користь балансоутримувача; - сплачувати комунальні послуги за договором з постачальниками таких послуг.
