Суборенда: орендар який став переможцем аукціону, вважається таким, що отримав згоду орендодавця на передачу майна в суборенду. Орендар протягом трьох робочих днів з моменту укладення договору суборенди зобов’язаний подати орендодавцю один примірник договору суборенди та інформацію про суборендаря в обсязі, визначеному п. 3 ст. 13 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». Додаткові умови оренди: здійснення невід’ємних поліпшень можливо тільки у разі надання орендодавцем письмової згоди на поточний та/або капітальний ремонт орендованого майна. Здійснення капітального ремонту можливо тільки при отриманні декларації про початок виконання будівельних робіт. У триденний термін після її отримання орендатор зобов’язаний надати до департаменту адміністративних послуг та дозвільних процедур Дніпровської міської ради оригінал декларації. Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна".
