Орендар самостійно прибирає орендоване приміщення; 3. Ремонт під власні потреби здійснюється силами та за рахунок Орендаря за погодженням уповноваженого органу управління майном; 4. Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам статті 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна»; 5.Орендні канікули не передбачені; 6. Суборенда – Орендар має право на передачу майна в суборенду за погодженням уповноваженого органу управління майном. 7. так як адмінбудівлю, що знаходиться по вул. Хмельницьке шосе, 7, м. Вінниця, включено в перелік об’єктів критичної інфраструктури, у період дії воєнного стану відвідувачі Орендаря можуть перебувати в даній адмінбудівлі лише у супроводі працівника Орендаря.
