Аукціон на право оренди комунального майна Славутської міської територіальної громади - будівлі каси площею 14,4 кв.м на вул. Миру, 1 в м. Славуті Шепетівського району Хмельницької області. Обмеження щодо використання об’єкта оренди – використання об'єкта оренди за будь-яким цільовим призначенням з дотриманням законодавства про парки-пам'ятки садово-паркового мистецтва. Додаткові умови оренди: дотримання орендарем законодавства про парки-пам'ятки садово-паркового мистецтва; надання орендарем представникам … виконавчих органів Славутської міської ради доступу до об'єкта оренди з метою підключення обладнання до електромережі у разі проведення міських заходів на території парка, з забезпеченням збереження та цілісності такого обладнання під час використання орендарем об'єкта оренди. Загальна кількість кроків, на які знижується стартова ціна лота. для електронного аукціону за методом покрокового зниження стартової орендної плати - 1 крок. Надано згоду на передачу об'єкта оренди в суборенду. Стартова орендна плата в розмірі 566,32 ​грн без ПДВ. На загальну суму орендної плати нараховується податок на додану вартість. Строк оренди - до 04.09.2023 (відповідно до абз.6 п.53 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.06.2020 №483). Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам, встановленим ст. 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна". Для набуття статусу учасника особа, яка має намір взяти участь в електронному аукціоні, повинна сплатити реєстраційний та гарантійний внески, в розмірах зазначених у цьому оголошенні.
