Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
виконання певних видів ремонтних робіт (поточного та/або капітального ремонту), реконструкції або реставрації об`єкта оренди за згодою орендодавця. Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна". Після проведення аукціону для укладення договору оренди орендар визначений за результатами аукціону повинен надати наступну інформацію: - Інформація про відповідність орендаря вимогам, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна"; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, Статут, Наказ про призначення директора - для юридичних осіб; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, паспорт - для фізичних осіб - підприємців; - Паспорт, код - для громадян України та нерезидентів.
