Визначено конкретне цільове призначення - розміщення операторів телекомунікацій, які надають послуги з рухомого (мобільного зв’язку, операторів та провайдерів телекомунікацій, які надають послуги з доступу до Інтернету. Обмеження щодо цільового призначення об’єкта оренди встановлено відповідно до пункту 29 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженим постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.06.2020 № 483 «Деякі питання оренди державного та комунального майна», з урахуванням пункту 2 протоколу позачергового засідання постійної комісії Київської міської ради з питань власності від 14.03.2023 № 8/81. Протягом 10 робочих днів з дня укладення договору оренди нерухомого майна, що належить до комунальної власності територіальної громади міста Києва, відносно об’єкта оренди, орендар зобов’язаний компенсувати Балансоутримувачу витрати, пов’язані з проведенням незалежної оцінки Майна, в сумі 4500,00 грн. Балансоутримувач має право зарахувати частину орендної плати, що підлягає сплаті на користь Балансоутримувача, в рахунок його витрат, пов’язаних із проведенням незалежної оцінки об’єкта оренди.
