"Орендар може використовувати об'єкт оренди за будь-яким цільовим призначенням за виключенням здійснення вантажних операції щодо навалочних, налівних та генеральних вантажів крім вантажів в контейнерах та операції з навантаження (розвантаження) контейнерів. Контроль за дотриманням умов щодо обмеження цільового використання Об’єкта оренди покладається на Балансоутримувача шляхом проведення перевірки з періодичністю що не перевищує 10 робочих днів, складання за її наслідками Акта перевірки та повідомлення орендодавця про результати перевірки. Порушення з боку Орендаря цільового використання має за наслідки одностороннє припинення договору оренди за ініціативою Орендодавця з дати складання Акту перевірки в якому зафіксовані порушення цільового використання Об'єкта оренди. Порядок одностороннього припинення договору оренди та наслідки такого припинення проводяться в порядку, передбаченому п.12.7 Примірного договору. "
Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
