Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
- орендар зобов’язаний здійснити реконструкцію об’єкта оренди протягом 30 днів з моменту укладення договору оренди згідно з проектом реконструкцій, погодженим Балансоутримувачем після укладення договору оренди, результат якої стилістично має відповідати візуалізації; - орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити об’єкт оренди окремими приладами обліку водопостачання, електропостачання, теплопостачання; - орендар зобов’язаний проводити санітарно-технічне обслуговування приміщення об’єкта оренди за графіком, погодженим з Балансоутримувачем після укладення договору оренди; - сплачувати 10% розміру орендної плати на рахунок орендодавця та 90% на рахунок балансоутримувача; - відшкодувати витрати на користь балансоутримувача за проведення оцінки майна у розмірі 2 500,00 грн; - застрахувати орендоване майно на користь балансоутримувача; - сплачувати комунальні послуги за договором з постачальниками таких послуг
